Kingcannon Brothers – Our Story
From Denver, Colorado to Atlanta, Georgia, two brothers rose from a raw, real upbringing shaped by grit, ambition, and reinvention. What started in sports, music, and survival became a legacy built on leadership, entrepreneurship, and culture.
Reginald Kingcannon came up through football, wrestling, and track & field before realizing his calling wasn’t on the field—it was in business. He went on to open and run a convenience store and restaurant, worked in banks and financial institutions, and built a lane in music and film production, partnering with both local talent and A-list artists.
His entrepreneurial spirit never stopped—he shifted into branding, promotions, product development, and community impact, all while raising a son who now plays football and watches his father build the legacy he’ll inherit.
David Kingcannon took a different route—from rapping and athletics to the open sea. He became a captain in the U.S. Merchant Marines, leading crews across international waters, while also launching his own side business through Airbnb and short-term rentals. His leadership extended beyond business and into mentorship.
Both brothers played a major role in Men of Vision: Fathers and Sons, a real organization that operated like a big brother and mentorship program—connecting fathers, young men, and sons through accountability, guidance, and community support. That movement helped shape the Kingcannon identity into something bigger than just a last name.
But their roots go deeper than entrepreneurship.
